1. About GiftLoop
GiftLoop is a monthly subscription service that creates and ships personalized photo gifts to your designated recipient. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Subscription & Billing
- GiftLoop charges $30.00 per month, billed on the same date each month.
- Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice sent to your email.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
- If a gift has already been sent to production or shipped for the current month, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If you experience a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
4. Photos & Content
- You retain full ownership of the photos you upload.
- By uploading photos, you grant GiftLoop a limited license to use them solely for producing your gifts.
- You confirm you have the right to use all photos you upload — do not upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
- We will not share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose beyond fulfilling your subscription.
- We may delete uploaded photos from our servers 90 days after your subscription ends.
5. Gift Fulfillment
- Your first gift ships within 5–7 business days of subscribing.
- Subsequent gifts ship within 5–7 business days of each monthly renewal.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
- GiftLoop selects the gift product each month — specific products are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload photos that are illegal, obscene, harassing, or that violate the rights of others. GiftLoop reserves the right to cancel subscriptions that violate this policy without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
GiftLoop's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of GiftLoop after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
